  1. Dude, this workout system is awesome! Trust me, I wanted to be able to touch rim and I needed to gain 2 inches on my vertical. Air Alert was my answer. I was 5'10 and in 1 1/2 weeks I could grab at rim by running at it. I'm 6'0 now, and I can grab at rim easy standing under the rim, and i'm thinking of doing it again to get at a dunking level. You may think that the first through fourth weeks are too easy, but trust me. Follow the routine, it doesn't lie, those easy weak workouts work all of your leg muscles and give you real results. JUST MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THE CALENDAR, ROUTINE. AND MAKE SURE YOU PLAY BASKETBALL WHILE YOUR DOING AIR ALERT!!!!

  3. It might or it might not. It depends on what you are currently lacking. Either way though, air alert is not the best option. it only uses six exercises, it completely neglects strength training, and it calls for too many repetitions, which train endurance and not explosion.
