No, not out yet!  Waiting very very patiently.  Supposed to be out by the end of the year or early next year.  You can watch a great live performance on You Tube of London, which is my favorite.  It's rumored that it will be his first single.  It's good.  You can download it on Limewire but it's the same live version.  

He teamed up with JC Chasez and Ryan Tedder(One Republic) for the album so you know that it will be great!
