Does Alicante have a good nightlife?

Every city in Spain has a good nightlife for young people. I'm sure you'll have a great time there.

It does...the best place is probably "el barrio" which is the oldest part of the city around the base of the castle.  There are lots of bars and restaurants and at night it's hopping!

I'll bet you can have a really good time there.  There's a large University/Institute there.  Everyone from University of Colorado goes there.  There must be lots of places for people your age.
