You can call there to check on your situation (I don't assume that it is necessarily scam related as this bank is a real bank :-))

If you received an e-mail saying you had won some money, or someone had died and left you some money, then your are being scammed.

Don't reply to these mails, although it sound too late and you have send them some money.  You have been robbed and will never see this money again.  You could put it down to experience and forget it or report it to your local police station.
