Does Almay eye shadow for brown eyes work?

I've heard it makes you look like a clown, but my skin is tan. (about olive)

Does it:

1) Look good?

2) Stay on long?

3) High quality?

every make-up makes you look like a clown if you put too much on. i personally use almay (for blue eyes) and i don't see a problem with it.

just make sure that you don't use to much
