Does Ambrosia exist in the real world?

i have heard that ambrosia and nectar are meals for the gods i was wondering that we have nectar so is there ambrosia.

It's a tasty fruit salad.Just open a can of mixed fruit,add whip cream, and some coconut, and there you go. I make it all the time. They all ways have it at buffets.

there is a dish called ambrosia, made with oranges pineapple and marshmallows, but i doubt that's what the roman gods ate.
