Does American Scholarships really give out Scholarships?

i recieved a postcard from "American Scholarships" and i was just wondering if there really is such a thing as that and if they really do give out scholarships and that its not a scam?

I can't say for certain, but I would recommend that you approach "American Scholarships" with extreme caution. I didn't find any reference to this company as a legitimate awarder of scholarship funds - that doesn't mean that they're not legitimate, but it's a big red flag.
