Does Ampalaya Treat Vitiligo?

My mom started putting ampalaya leaf on my vitiligo areas cause she said it cures it. Is it true?

I haven't heard of ampalaya leaf, but I do know some other solutions for vitiligo.  I have a mild case of it myself.  Ginkgo Biloba is supposed to be good.  Maybe because it's an antioxidant that protects your cells from damage. Taking B complex vitamins is also supposed to work.  A third option is finding a dermatologist with a laser or uv light machine to treat vitiligo.  A spot on my arm repigmented after several treatments with a light machine.  I had to do some research to find a doctor with a focused light so that I didn't have to expose my whole body to the harmful rays.  I hope this info is helpful.  Do some research and see what you think.  Take care!
