Forget Costs For Extra Pictures Etc. I Just Wanna Know If It Costs Anything To become An Ebay Member, Like To Buy And Sell On Ebay, Does it Cost To Be A Member Annually Or Monthly Etc? If So, How Much?

No, you just sign up for an account and its free. There is no charge for buying, but when selling an item, there are charges, depending on how you choose to sell, like if there is a minimum value that you expect for the item etc.

But just to become a member, you just need an email address thats it.

No, I don't think so - I registered so I could mainly buy things like books/DVDs and I didn't have to pay anything. Maybe if you want to sell stuff though..
