and she's naked from the back when she gets out of a bathtub.

that is all.

No, and the part where you see her back as she comes out of the shower isn't any longer in the movie either.

Its just the exact same scene as in the trailer.

Nope, she is just hot in it.  Unfortunately, it is so little like the source material, it is annoying.  You want to see a quasi s*x scene with her, check out either Gia or Hackers.
