Does Anyone Have Experience Working For Wal-Mart??

I have been offered a job with them but have heard they do not treat their employees very good?? Would love to hear from people who have worked or are working for them...THANKS!

My son has worked for them for about 4 months. It's his first job outside of fast food and he seems to like it. The starting wage isn't that great but at least it's not minimum. They just made him full time so he's included in the quarterly profit sharing. I think all and all, it's just an average retail job with pro's and cons. At least it's clean, you get some benefits, and have job security (who doesn't go to WalMart??).You get good discounts too.
