Just fyi on the answer above touting adoptions from the heart. As of July 3 they have been listed as one of the agencies denied Hague accreditation/approval

I can't imagine that they are somehow doing a better job on domestic adoptions.

Contact them at www.adoptionsfromtheheart.org.

We used them to facilitate our "identified" adoption, and they were wonderful to both us and the biological family.
