  1. Depending which State or Correctional facility, their routines vary. They all include, an assigned job,  trade training,or schooling classes, exercise, eating rotation. Visitation schedule, library privileges. Depending on length of time served, privileges are granted according to behavior.  Many attend Church services.....thank you.

    Exerpts from Life at Alcatraz:

"The inmates’ day began when they were woken at 6:30 a.m., and they were given twenty-five minutes to tidy their cells and stand to be counted. At 6:55 a.m. individual tiers of cells would be opened one by one, and the inmates would march in single file into the Mess Hall. They would be given only twenty minutes to eat, and then would be marched out to line up for their work assignments. The methodical cycle of the prison routine was unforgiving and utterly relentless. It never varied through the years, and was as precise and reliable as clockwork".

  2. I am assuming you're planning to break out of prison or get one of your buddies out of prison. They have documentary on TV. Check in your area for the following such as Locked Up, etc. If you need to know how they process inmates into the system just google it or read about it.
