Please,they must have good resolution and preferably no subtitles.

I've tried AnimeMusicVideos.com,doesn't work,so please don't suggest that.

Depends on what anime you want. I'm not really sure if they have subs or not, but animesheep.com has some. you have to sign up, but it's free and updated often.

I haven't been able to find raws on the net, but I know a couple of site's that you can download high quality with subs... only a few anime's though... Like D. Gray Man, Bleach, Death Note, Vampire Knight... that kinda stuff... you may need to sign up though...
