if i am lucky i will have about 2 hours sleep.. probably falling asleep at 6 and having to get up at 8. and most nights i dont even get to sleep at all.. i have tried everything.. reading a book before bed.. taking a bath.. not doing any exercise or eating hours before bed.. drinking a hot drink before i go to bed.. i dont have any naps in the day but i feel drained all the time and i am really tired and as soon as i lie down or even close my eyes.. i can never get to sleep.i have been blaming it on being nervous about my exam results but even today i still cant get to sleep... i think about things wayy to much... i really dont want to try sleeping pills... does anyone know a reason for this and what i can do to fix it before i go back to school (which is in a weeks time)
