i'm not a big fan of pie crusts, unless they're cut into strips and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and then baked. my mom makes it that way. =)

YES, of every sort,

meat, fruit, veggie, egg and sausage, baked, poultry, double crusted, single crust, pastry crust, graham cracker or cookie crusts, ice cream, warm pies, chilled pies, lunch box pies, and of course let's not forget pizza pies

bring them on,,, it's all about comfort food

pies were a staple when I was growing up.  I've never tired of the variety or shapes

I love eating pies.  I love making pies.  I like refrigerator pies and baked pies.  I like sweet dessert pies and I love the savory ones like quiche and pot pies.  

Many cooks think of bread baking as therapy...for me it pie dough.  I love playing with it.  There's nothing like a cold winter day for baking pies.  I like to bake pies when no one is around because then I get to enjoy that beautiful pie sitting on my table.  But alas, pies are for eating and my family is very good at that.
