Does Anyone know how to make bofrot or bofroat? I'm not sure of the name but ITS SOO DELICIOUS!!!!!?

Its a Ghanian recipe but I forgot how to make it! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I hope this will help as it is directly from a countryman in Ghana.

Goat's Balls

About 250g of flour,

100-150g of sugar ( depends on how sweet u want them),

pinch of nutmeg

half a sachet of dry yeast,

about 350ml luke warm water

a litre of oil

Put the water in a large bowl or saucepan, add the yeast and sugar, stir until the sugar is melted then add the flour and the nutmeg and mix to get a think mixture. Cover and leave to rise to double or more. Drop bits of the mixture in very hot oil and fry until golden brown.
