  1. Call in at the Collingwood training and talk to our experts there. They will teach you how to kick a footy without bruising you feet.

Our players wear ballet shoes when training and no-one kicks the ball more than the required 15 metres.

  2. bandage up your ankles

  3. if you kick it like the afl players they don't have swollen feet so it should work

  4. If you are worried about bruising your foot it is time to take up another sport ,try chess.....

  5. How the h**l does your foot get bruised wile kicking a footy. i dnt no, wear more socks or proper footy shoes.

  6. get your boots fitted properly

  7. wow, i've never heard of a bruised foot from kicking a footy, i often kick and run bare feet :) i gues you could wear shoes and heapsa socks

  8. Just take note of how the AFL players of today kick the ball. Copy them & your foot wont get bruised anymore.

All you have to do, is do as they do - never kick the ball more than 20 metres!!!!
