Does Anyone know what a "cruise certificate booklet" is and what it consist of?

Ok, so I Carnival is giving away a "cruise certificate booklet" and I was just wondering what its all about. Will I be able to use discounts on the cruise and is this really that important to my cruise?

  2. It's probably one of those coupon books that give you discounts on stuff you may not want in the first place, like spa treatments, logo merchandise, etc.

    You could go to CruiseCritic.com, click on "Boards", go to the "Carnival Cruise Lines" board and do a search or ask there.  Great info from experienced cruisers.

  3. its one of those promotional coupon books, most probably.  you may or may not want the items they  are giving coupons for.

  4. The 'cruise certificate booklet' will not give you a discount on the actual cruise itself.   Typically it contains coupons for things like a discount on the cost of a spa treatment, match play in the casino, free bingo card with purchase of 3... stuff like that
