Does Anyone know what kind of flower this is? (Picture Included)?

When i went to lapine, Oregon, i saw this flower. It grows upside down. I took this picture a little while after i picked it so it kind of looks dead >_<

it looks like a cherry blossom to me

It looks like a variety of Fushia, which is often grown in hanging pots because the flowers droop down and hang over the sides.
