I would like to know which RTO's offer Business Courses and Certificates online.

The best place to look is on the NTIS web site which has a list of all RTO's in Australia with a State by State listing.

There is 14 pages specifically relating to RTO's that do Business training within Victoria see the top link.

I have to be honest the NTIS web site is at times temperamental however the web site is fairly informative. You will need to click on to each training bodies and check out each of the certificates etc they offer.
