Does Anyone now this movie ?

I saw part of it on Cw23 last night.

I saw a part where this boy Darry(who looked like a young justin long) was driving home with his sister Patricia from spring break. They Are both in collage/university. They get attacked by a dirty old truck , the driver tries to kill them. They pass the house with the car parked out front and they see a man throwing a body wrapped in a cloth and rope in a big pipe. The mans house is an old Church. Darry goes down the pipe and finds like a basement and all the walls and the cieling is covered with dead bodies. Then the man in the truck turns out not to be a man but like a monster. He kills the cops assinged to the case. And then there is this scene with an old lady who has TONNES of cats and she shoots the man/monster with a shotgun. Thats all i saw.

Its an older movie with bad special effects. Its supposed to be a horror movie but its pretty lame.

Jeepers Creepers. Its not all that old and yeah, it is pretty lame. The second one sucks even worse.
