Does Applebees require you to be a host before serving?

I was wondering if Applebees requires their employees to be hosts before they can be servers? I have serving experience, and I hate hosting (for obvious reasons). I wanted to work at Applebees this summer as a second job. Anyone know their policy?

Where I currently work, the Olive Garden, you have to be host for half a year before moving up to server.
