  1. They are a good enough team that's for sure, have a good manager and supporters .

    No team is perfect

    Good luck to LIVERPOOL

  2. They lack experience so they so they'll surely end up just like they did last season because they have much of team building to o this season, And yes like you said, they need quality Central defender. Their problem is that they offload players like crazy and in the end they go for less experienced players. My answer to your question is a bold NO.

  3. Truth ... no i dont think so (but dont tell anyone ive admitted that!)

Weve got a good mix of younger, older, experienced and new for the new 08/09 season, im hoping that through strength, determination and skill they can achieve what they did at the start of last season and this time carry it on throughout.

But if we get the amount of injury problems like we did the latter part of last season, its going to be a struggle again.

Lets hope whoever Arsene doesnt buy during this transfer window, he will buy in January to strengthen the squad a little more.

if your a prophet .. can you see whats going to happen to Arsenal??!!

BTW: Arsenal 1 - 0 Seville (so far)

  4. not big enough

anyway they need to have at least four english players in there starting line up

  5. Arsenal will be strong enough if they did not sell Hleb.Hleb is one of the most brilliant winger.

  6. no they have to many youngsters which is good but the dont have much experience I agree that they need a new CB to replace senderos. If you watched ajax and arsenal on Friday they didnt have a great defence and were lucky to win.

  7. no not with this current young batch, maybe 2 or 3 years we will

  8. tbh, no. we lost a couple of solid players, the kind that could make a team go the distance (hleb, flamini), and i dont see any suitable replacements yet. sure the young guys are showing lots of potential but do we have the experience to last all the season's competitions? am afraid not. but having said, if we see this squad as a developing team rather than a title winning team, then we wont be disappointed.

  9. wenger is breedin a top  side for the 2009-2010 season, like last yr arsenal may start good but will fade. nasri looks good. gallas cant stay round much longer, and im not sure of almunia. arsenal to finsh 4th.

  10. From the friendlies they have played this season, they must use a combination of young and old.  Their youngsters are very good quality but they lack the experience you need with EPL...let alone Champions.

So, I say...or at least I hope...that Arsenal can win if they find a nice combo of both.

  11. arsenal will take  beating this year. get rid of philip senderos !!

  12. Arsenal have always lost stars, and Wenger's replaced them.  They lost Petit, Overmars and Anelka.  He came right back with Henry, Vieira and Pires.  They lost Pires, Henry and Vieira.  He came right back with Adebayor, Fabregas and RVP.

Wenger is good at nurturing younger players, its a cliche, but that's the one area in which he is proven.  Look for someone like Diaby to play out of their skins next season.

  13. I agree with the 1st answer. Give it a few years and they will definitely go all the way.

  14. Nope. Very young team with no experience whatsoever.
