it can if you take enough tablets... my boyfriend's exgirlfriend took forty tablets at once and almost kicked the can. stomach pumps really work wonders. Here's some links:

if you took enough you could cause yourself a stomach alcer and bleed to death, if you don't belive me prove me wrong.

it can... do not take one aspirin a day as advised by pharacologically brainwahed and trained medical doctors... even one per day can cause internal bleeding... the thing i did with my father under the care of a traditionally trained md who studies and impliments natural medicine is get him off the aspirin for one week so it was out of his system then started him on fish oil pills that have a natural function to keep the blood from abnormal clotting... do not do what i am saying without going to a doctor who is familiar with natural treatment also... traditional doctors have to stay with what they were taught in school or they can be punished...

Look up Rye syndrome, they said aspirin can cause rye sydrome in kids, so maybe, but I do not know if its true!
