Does Asthma hinder me when it comes to flight.?

I was wonder if since i have astma does that mean i wont be able to become a pilot or astronaut. I would like to hear from people in those field.

I have asthma, mild really, except when I have a cold.

for a pilot, there should be no problem unless you get severe reactions just because of dust.

for astronaut, your health needs to be 100% Green and Go. there are just so many people who can do everything else better than you and have no health problems that they probably won't take you

you could probably still go into space as maybe some other sort of techinician or scientist/specialist.
