Does At&t charge for internet that i use on my BlackBerry?

It all depends on how your account is set up.  If you do not have the BlackBerry data plan and have just the internet pay per use feature you may not be able to connect at all because most BlackBerry devices require that particular data feature to work.  If yiou have pay per use features and it will connect then yiou are charged by the amount of information that you access or download and you are charged per kb.  The best way to find out is to call 1-800-331-0500 or 611 from your device and find out what feature you have
