Does Avis in Switzerland accept vouchers/certificates?

Question

Has anybody used Avis vouchers/certificates to rent a car in Switzerland? I live in the US and the certificates I have is in dollars and am not sure if they will accept it. I checked their website, but they dont mention dollars in particular.

Yes they do!

I live in Zuerich, Switzerland is the most beautiful place I've ever been. Make sure to stop by Luzern, Zuerich, and Lugano if you have a chance. Have a great trip!

They do accept them - full value or it partial value,  you will still need a major credit card ( Visa.Mastercard,Diners,Amex )

I believe they do, full or partial. Look it up on google or go on all of switzerlands offical websites.

And, 'iamastrawberry', i don't mean to sound rude, but i doubt you live thee, because if you did, they i bet you would actually know how to spell zurich. Z-U-R-I-C-H. Zürich, actually. Sorry, my rant is done.
