  1. I know the olive garden (same chain) employees are payed very nicely for watressing, but do have some pretty extensive training.

  2. we get paid 2.13/hr

    minium wage while training

the training isn't all that extensive

I think it was 12 days of training

    and a couple of tests

  3. Yes they pay well, but servers really don't get paid at all if you think about it. Bahama breeze pays competitivley. In Florida minimum wage was at the time I was there about 5 an hour flat and they were starting hosts and hostesses off at 9 an hour. that is very good.

    as for waitressing:

we get paid less than minimum wage for our paycheck. You have to make your money in tips, because usually after taxes come out of your pay check you get "this is not a check" or maybe 20 dollars per check.

Bahama Breeze waitresses make slamming money too. But, you need to have 1-2 years restaurant experience, and you must be 18 or older to be a waitress in a restaurant that sells alcohol. You could luck out and get hired wtihout experience, but it is rare. They will want to start you out as a host first or a food runner.

Bahama Breeze Makes money. Good Luck.
