It's my friends birthday tomorrow and i'm making him a cake, but he has gluten allergies.

  1. No.  

    Be sure your recipe is for a flourless or uses gluten-free cake mix.


  2. No.  If it is not listed on the ingredient label then it does not have it in the product.  

    The unsweetened chocolate has just chocolate listed.  It does say it is processed on equipment that processes milk.  

  3. I don't think any plain chocolate has gluten in it.
