Does Being Able to crack your wrist mean that you have arthritis?

last time when i woke up i was able to crack my wrist just by moving it around and now i can crack it all the time but it doesnt hurt...is it something bad?

  1. Nope. The "old wives tale" is that cracking your joints leads to arthritis.Totally false. There's no connection between the two. It just means you've figured out how to move your wrist to make that sound.

    Trust me. When you're about 50, you'll know the grinding sound that is arthritis...
