No, sadly he dosen't. I feel bad for Bill O' Reilly because he feels that he must rant about some of the more intelligent ppl in our society (like Barack Obama or NaS) just so he could feel complete. The man is a racist (one of the many on fox news) and has no idea what hes talkin about. But its not his fault because 99% of the media is just like him.
