Does Bio oil really work to reduce the appearance of scars?

I thinking of getting this product as i have scars from my eczema on my legs and need to do something about it. Does this really work or does it just say it will work and doesn't really make any difference?

I was watching a news show the other day where they had people test it and they said that most of them actually got some results.  So I think it's worth trying.

Ive used it on my arms, and yes, it does work, but you have to apply it 2ce a day, every day for 3 months to make a significant improvement.
