  1. About as much chance as Birmingham England did.

  2. No way. Firstly, the city looks c**p; certainly not something I would find suitable for tourists. Secondly, Alabama is very conservative, like Georgia, but worse. I do not believe that people would feel comfortable there, everything is based on republican/conservative values, and because a lot of the European countries are not republican/conservative based, it just would not be a suitable, nor probably safe place for people from all over the world to gather for the Olympics.

  3. no the olympics usually aren't held in third world countries

  4. No, probably not. No offense.

  5. There are three cities in the USA who want to bid for the 2020 Olympics, including Boston, who would seem to me as the most appropriate. And there are also a lot of European, Latin American, and even African cities who want to bid for those Olympics, so it will be very disputed.

But we can't discard any possibility.... Actually Birmingham, Alabama was host of several football (soccer) matches during the Atlanta 1996 Olympics.

  6. Due to the fact that the US is in debt to the tune of $ 10 trillion,  I doubt it, plus you will still be in a recession
