Does Blu-ray rom drive burn dvds/cd?

can i burn dvd r &+/-rw and cd r/rw on a Blu-ray rom.i know i cant burn blu ray disc on it but can i burn dvds and cds with it?

  1. No you cannot. You can get a Blu-ray that will burn Blu-rays, but it's not compatible with the other formats.
