Does CC cleaner really clean?

Question

I mean just to make sure, who is a user of CC cleaner; is it like 100% positive that all history, bugs, files are deleted? Because im selling this laptop and you know what happens when someone is that smart guy

If you think CC cleaner is not the best in clearing history, suggest me another one which is free and usable just like CC

ccleaner! does clean all the temparery files on your computer

note: if you delete anything from computer it's posible someone to recover from delition..

Re-partition the hard drive. Re-format. Re-install the os.

Very effective, free, a little time consuming.
