how bad is around 2gm of caffeine a day?and im 18, 5ft7" and weigh 62 kgs.....for my build and metabolism what is the amount of coffee/caffeine i can have?i usually drink espresso and not latte....but of late i feel that ive become a bit too addicted as i get coffee jitters and my eye seemed to turn red and d blood vessels in ma eye began to show and stuff.....soo...how much of coffee can i have per day? i go to the gym regularly nd im not overweight or anything...pretty fit
