  1. yes it  increases your blood pressure and heart rate. caffeine is a cns stimulant. It constricts your blood vessels, thats is why it make your bo and hr increase

  2. Caffeine increases your pulse rate (the number of times your heart beats per minute) and over time can increase your blood pressure.

One cup a day is fine, according to most experts.

  3. yes coffee does increase blood pressure

and it seems that you are addicted to coffee you have to cut down alot and try to drink only a cup of coffee in the morning

    best of luck

  4. I was 17 and I drank 3 icecaps a day. I was hospitalized after a month for having an irregular heartbeat. I had so much caffeine in my system, my heart had an extra beat in it and I had to stay in hospital for 4 days and take pills to make it stop. It was beating so fast, If i were to do anything physical i could have had a stroke. Caffeine does increase blood pressure. Since Ive gotten rid of the caffeine, i have had no problems. I was so addicted to those icecaps, however now that I dont drink any coffee, if i even have a sip they taste Nasty!!
