Please help me get a answer to this. My husband is on parole in Fresno, California he gets drug tested once a month. In the past he has had 5 dirty drug test for cocaine and has been violated and sent back to prison. I do not do drugs and I live a clean life. I almost left him over this but gave him another chance. I live in Sacramento and he lives in Fresno due to that is his county of parole and Sac won't have him back because of his past violations. Yesterday he called me and told me that he gave a dirty test and his PO wanted to talk to him. Here is my problem. He said he tested dirty for alcohol. To my knowledge once a month routine parole drug testing does not include alcohol. I don't believe my husband is telling me the truth and I can't get any answers from the parole board or his parole officer. Please is there anyone out there who has knowledge of this and can help me? I am tired of being lied to. I need to know the truth.

  1. If it's an alcohol violation, they can test you any time, any day, without notice, so be careful.......my friend got busted & he's back in prison!

  2. Yes, if he has alcohol conditions, they will test for alcohol. Probably won't get much time, if any, for alcohol. The state doesn't wanna pay for him to be locked up. Sounds like you got a real winner there. If you live a clean life, why put of dirty socks. Move on!!
