  2. what do you mean by secret police? Your aware of CSIS right? Its hardly a "secret police", more the Canadian equivalent of the CIA. The national intelligence agency.

  3. Are you asking if we have a spy/intelligence agency.  That would CSIS, the the Canadian Security and Intelligence Service.
