Does Canada have cheaper prices on Canon lenses than purchasing in the states?

I'll be in Canada in a few weeks and I was wondering how their prices on photography equipment compares to the states'. Same? Different?

With the weak US dollar, I would expect it to be more expensive.  Also, consider any duties you might have to pay bringing it back.
