  1. They appear to be at the top of the list, followed by Saudi Arabia.

    I suspect it's to do with refining - no new refineries have been built in the the US for years, it's gotta happen somewhere.


  2. That's the only kind it can import.

  3. Canada does import a small amount of oil. But it is a net oil exporter.
