Does Canada or australia needs filipino hotel staff?

I finished bartending and food and beverage course certificate in TESDA, im planning to apply in australia or canada but I would like to ask if these countries above needs a filipino worker like me?

Canada's looking for workers...period.  Your nationality is not part of the equation.
