  1. We live in globalization era. It's likely that industrialized nations exchange criminal records each other.

    Drug trafficking is taken EXTREMELY seriously in Japan. If you have record of drug trafficking, your entry to Japan is most likely to be refused.


  2. No they don't.  You would have to get new finger print every country you go to for whatever purposes you need it for.
