if your bodys ready for labor it also causes really bad pains so i wouldnt do it

Some people think it does, but for me, it didn't. It tastes disgusting and it just gives you the runs.

Its a myth and I dont think you should do anything like that because remember what you eat/drink the baby eats/drinks. Thats not safe.

No.  Castor oil is a laxative, so it will make you have bowel movements.  It can also cause cramping which may make the uterus contract.  It's an old wives tale and rarely brings on labor by itself.
