Does Cetaphil clean make-up off my face?

I use cetaphil for dry/sensitive skin because I have acne and redness, but my skin is also dry. It's pretty good so far, but the only problem I have with it is that sometimes after a long day with my make-up on (I wear bare minerals foundation powder), my face accumulates dirt and oil etc. Is it deep cleaning and does it remove my foundation and the sunblock I use with it?

I use the same one as well. And yeah it does remove dirt and make-up. If you use it like twice a day, it deep cleans to remove dirt,oil,and make-up. This way you won't have any acne.
