Does Chili's restaurant do anything special for (21st) birthdays?

We're headed to Chili's Sunday for my 21st birthday, and I was wondering if Chili's acknowledged birthdays at all.

I used to work at Chili's for 3 years. Most of the time the bartender will give you a free shot but other than that u will get a big cup with Chloette syrup and ice cream!

every 21st birthday I have been to the birthday person will get at least one free shot from the bartender

They gave me shot deserts. It was like icecream or cheesecake (idk) with chocolate, strawberry, and something else in shot glasses. I can't remember. I do remember that  It was okay.
