I think there are some truths in it, personally I am an journalist, though don't know very in depth about this, but it's not hard to understand.

Yes, I believe China really have more people per capita income than any other country. Simply because it has been developing over the past couple of years. Isn't that a good news????

China has more PEOPLE than any other country.

But India's catching up fast and will pass them in a few years since China is taking steps to control their population and India isn't.
