It's a scam.  These guys are going to ask you to send money to them to process the visa, to get a work permit or for some other reason.  Do not send money.  Never send money.

No, it does not exist, not in London (Hong Kong, and the US, yes), and this question has been asked many times before - you are not the only "lucky" applicant.  You are being targeted in an advance fee scheme designed to separate you from your money and/or personal information.  Simply ignore them and remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
