  1. Cleopatra had four children, one by Caesar (Caesarion) and three by Antony (Cleopatra Selene II, Alexander Helios, and Ptolemy Philadelphus).

    Caesarion

Ptolemy XV - Philopator Philometor Caesar, nicknamed Caesarion (little Caesar) (June 23, 47 BC – August, 30 BC) was the last king of the Ptolemaic dynasty of Egypt, who reigned, as a child, jointly with his mother, Cleopatra VII of Egypt from September 2, 44 BC to August, 30 BC, when he was killed by Octavian, who would become the Roman emperor Augustus. He was the eldest son of Cleopatra VII. He is considered, and it is highly likely, given the evidence, the son of Julius Caesar, for whom he was named. If so, he was Caesar's only known son by blood.

    Cleopatra Selene II

Cleopatra Selene II (25 December 40 BC-6), also known as Cleopatra VIII of Egypt or Cleopatra VIII was a Ptolemaic Princess and was the only daughter to Greek Ptolemaic Queen Cleopatra VII of Egypt and Roman Triumvir Mark Antony. She was the younger twin to Ptolemaic Prince Alexander Helios. Her second name in ancient Greek means ‘Moon‘; this was the counterpart of her twin brother‘s second name Helios meaning ‘Sun‘. She was of Greek and Roman heritage. Cleopatra was born, raised and educated in Alexandria, Egypt. In late 34 BC, during the Donations of Alexandria, she was made ruler of Cyrenaica and Libya.

    Alexander Helios

Alexander Helios (25 December 40 BC - between 29 BC - 25 BC) was a Ptolemaic Prince and was the eldest son of Greek Ptolemaic Queen Cleopatra VII of Egypt and Roman Triumvir Mark Antony. His younger twin was Ptolemaic Princess Cleopatra Selene II. He was of Greek and Roman heritage. Cleopatra named him Alexander in honor of her Greek Macedonian heritage and after her maternal grandfather. His second name in Ancient Greek means "Sun"; this was the counterpart of his twin sister’s second name Selene, meaning "Moon". Alexander Helios was born, raised, and educated in Alexandria, Egypt. In late 34 BC, at the Donations of Alexandria, he was made ruler of Armenia, Media and Parthia. In 33 BC, he was engaged to Iotapa, a Princess of Media and daughter of King Artavasdes I of Media.

    Ptolemy

Ptolemy Philadelphus (August/September 36 BC - 29 BC) was a Ptolemaic Prince and was the youngest child of Greek Ptolemaic Queen Cleopatra VII of Egypt and Roman Triumvir Mark Antony. Ptolemy was of Greek and Roman heritage. He was born in Antioch, Syria. Ptolemy was named after the original Ptolemy II Philadelphus (the second Pharaoh of the Ptolemaic dynasty) and Cleopatra’s intention was recreating the former Ptolemaic Kingdom. In late 34 BC, at the Donations of Alexandria, Ptolemy was made ruler of Syria, Phoenicia and Cilicia.

  2. She had four in total. She had one with Ceasar, Caesarion(son), and three with Marc Anthony, Cleopatra Celene II (daughter), Alexander Helios(son), and Ptolemy Philadelphus(son). Cleopatra Celene and Alexander were twins.

  3. First - please learn how to construct sentences - specifically, look up subject-verb agreement and past vs. present tense.

Second - Cleopatra had 4 children: a son by Julius Caesar (Caesarion), and a daughter (Cleopatra Selene) and two sons (Alexander Helios and Ptolemy Philadelphus) by Mark Anthony.

  4. Cleopatra had four children, one by Caesar (Caesarion) and three by Antony (Cleopatra Selene II, Alexander Helios, and Ptolemy Philadelphus).

  5. Okay, I'm drawing of memories from when I did a report on Cleopatra back in the 6th grade (about 10 years ago) so, bare with me.

According to the couple books that I read years ago, she had four children with Mark Antony (there's actually no "H" in his name) and one with Caesar.

Her son with Caesar was named Caesarion and the twins that she had with Mark Antony were named Cleopatra Selene and Alexander Helios.  I do not remember the name of their third child but I believe it was a boy.  After Caesar's death, his adopted son (Octavian who I believe became the first Emperor of Rome and later changed his name to Augustus), rose to power and had Caesarion executed.  After Cleopatra's death, her children with Mark Antony were, ironically enough, raised by Antony's legitimate wife in Rome.

Hope this helps.  Also, just a fun piece of information, Cleopatra was not actually Egyptian, she was Macedonian (Greek) like Alexander the Great.  When Alexandra conquered the known world, he left one of his Generals in charge.  The general became Pharaoh but, he didn't want his bloodline tainted with the locals so he made a law that, in the royal family, brothers must always marry sisters to keep the line pure.  Thus, she was actually a Greek, not an Egyptian.

  6. Yes, one.
