Does Coke Zero really have 0 calories?

I'm just having a hard time believing it. Any proof?

no! the only thing we know of which has truly 0 calories is water....so its probably 0.00-- something and its small enough (or maybe not) so that they approximate it to 0...PER serving. If the entire can is not considered one serving then there's actually more calories!

Anything in the U.S. that has 5 or less calories can be labled as having zero calories...so Coke Zero could have as many as 5 but you could brun those off by taking a few steps.

It has 0 calories, or possibly a number so trivial they don't have to label it.  It tastes so good, but it's still not good for you- even the artificially sweetened sodas can make you gain weight.  :(

There's no proof you have to trust the can. However coke zero contains aspartamine which makes it taste sweet due to the lack of sugar.

This can be dangerous so even though it has no calories you shouldn't really drink it too much. Water is the only healthy drink with no calories.

Drinking diet soft drinks in moderation is fine but drinking them everyday could lead to some of the diseases linked to aspartamine.
